There he worked as a trained chef and pastry chef in a 3-starred French restaurant. Here he worked under the direction of the world famous maestro Daniel Giraud Valence. 2000 Nicolas Vahé made to his own way and wandered to Denmark. There he worked as a pastry chef at Falsled Kro in Funen and later moved to Fakkelgarden in South Jutland.
